"Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" Book Cover Designs

I've always loved the creepy artwork featured in the "Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" series, and since I have a passion for creating weird and creepy art, I thought it would be fun to design book covers for the first 2 books, "Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" and "More Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark", and feature some of my own artwork on them. I wanted my designs to have a resemblance the original covers from the 1980's (there have been several different designs throughout the years), and I decided to create custom hand drawn text and design elements in a sketchy looking style to help give the covers a creepy and "haunted" feel.
